By accessing or using the Tradzob website, courses, materials, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Tradzob is an education platform only. We provide educational content, courses, and materials related to stock market concepts, including but not limited to swing trading, futures and options (F&O), equity trading, and commodity trading. Our content is for learning and informational purposes only. We do not:

  • Provide investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any security or derivative.

3. Eligibility

By using Tradzob, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.   • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy at the time of purchase.
  • We may offer a limited refund window (e.g. within 7 or 14 days of purchase) for specific products; such terms will be clearly communicated.
  • Prices may change; changes do not affect purchases already made.

Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension of access to paid content and possible legal action to recover amounts due.

6. Use of Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Tradzob—including text, graphics, videos, course materials, logos, and software—is owned by Tradzob or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may:

  • Access and use content for your personal, non-commercial learning only.
  • Download or print materials only where we explicitly permit it (e.g. downloadable notes).

You may not: copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content; share login credentials or course access with others; record or rebroadcast live sessions without permission; or use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

7. No Financial Advice – Important Disclaimer

Tradzob does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Our content is educational only. Nothing on our platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or commodity. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. 8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
